Why would you want Meretz to fail? It is one of the only parties that has real integrity.
I strongly disagree with their policies but I found the fact that Litzman (who I also believe to be a man of integrity) of the UTJ would not object to being in a coalition with Meretz very telling.

More likely that Yachad or YB slips under than Meretz. And a much better outcome.
