Not likely. Shas and UTJ are too easy to include. They just want money and influence.
or more accurately, fairness in the distribution of funds of the massive amount of money that the government divides up to include help for large families and their educational facilities and influence in keeping the status quo regarding the religiosity of the Jewish state (i.e. keeping Israel a Jewish State).
Since these 2 things are very simple for any government to fulfill and they don’t have such a need for ministerial positions, they are very easily included in a government.
