I believe that had Ariel joined Yishai and Chetboun they would have done well, on their own they won’t, as election time draws nearer Shas will make a partial if not a full recovery.
I expect a serious effort from interested parties to get Yishai back into Shas in the not to distant future.
The only thing that Yishai will achieve is the demise of Shass as a political party. With Israel Beitunu in decline this might be the election that will be remembered as putting an end to ethnic voting.
Pehaps and there may be merit in that idea, but I don’t see it, I have a gut feeling that when electionering starts properly Shas will stage a reasonable recovery.
Interestingly I notice you don’t mention ethnic voting in relation to Yahadut Hatorah/UTJ.
Its also worth noting that Amselem cosidered Bayit Yehudi to be raciest in the last election.
And as a general point Sephardim were poorly represented in the last Knesset.
So we have the ideal, but I don’t think we are there yet
Jusah you are right UTJ is now an exclusive aschkenazi party. However historically it was was very similar to the old Mapai claiming to represent all ethnicities but always making sure that Sephardim were placed in unrealistic positions on their electoral lists.
God gave you Israël Land not tout palestiniens. Palestine is not exit éd. I suppl you must voted for Bennett.. you don’t let thé projectt of palestinian.
