Knesset Jeremy Analysis: Six parties polling in at three seats which would be under the electoral threshold if the threshold is raised.
1. In this case with the new law in practise, Strong Israel should join Bayit Yehudi and get 18 together.
2. The idea of a new right-wing party covering all right-wing parties would be good. Would here get 43 seats. Hopefully with Bennett as leader.
3. Would be interesting to see how the seats would be alloceted after 5 or six parties would not pass the threeshold.
Maybe Jeremy knows more of the matter but it will not be easy that the electoral threshold was raised from 2% to 4%. If before Hatnua was against, now that in the polls they are below 4%, with more reason. And Livni is a minister of justice, a position very imporant to approve new laws. And all parties of the oposition are against.
In any case, if electoral threshold was raised, we would see a new reorganization of parties (joint list of Arab parties, etc.), so new polls would be necessary.
