I’ll post some other breakdowns in the coming days.
The real losers in this election were the pollsters. Any idea why they messed up so badly?
P.S. Is there some page where I can see the names of the idividual MK who got in (by party)?
The number of undecided voters made polling very diffcult. Many people drove to the polling station undecided and chose Yesh Atid at the last minute.
I’ll have a post next week on the new MKs by party.
Did the polls list the undecided percentage?
some did, others did not.
mostly everyone wants to be in the coalition at pretty much any cost.
Reminds me of the new buzzword in the U.S., the “low information voter”. (Or perhaps they were high information voters? Who knows?)
One thing new I have learned is that a lot of people who oppose Bibi (from either direction) still want to vote for a party willing to form a coalition with him.
it has happened before in 2006 elections when the pensions party achieved a surprise win and won seven seats although all the polls showed the party unable to pass the required thereshold !!!!!
