I’m curious as to the reason why Am Shalem is considered a member of the right-wing bloc. I thought its leader was pretty left-wing.
Am Shalem is led by MK Amsalem who is part of Netanyahu’s current coalition and has already committed to being a part of Netanyahu’s next coalition.
I”m curious as to who he’s drawing his votes from since Shas seems to be at the same level of support as before. Seems to be Likud voters who don’t like Lieberman and the Russians, or perhaps disgruntled Kadima voters?
Mostly the non-Shas Sefardi vote who likes the idea of an all-Sefardi party.
